When is payment due?

We require 50% to be paid at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be auto charged to the card on file.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, please call our office immediately. Rentals may be cancelled within 24 hours (grace period) of making the reservation without penalty and all monies will be refunded. If you wish to cancel after the 24 hour grace period but before the 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund minus the $500.00 cancelation fee.  Any cancelation made within the 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time begins at 4PM Central Time. Your keyless entry code is programmed to allow access to your unit at 4PM CST, on your scheduled arrival date.

Check out time is 10AM Central Time.  Your keyless code is programmed to deactivate at 10AM CST on your scheduled departure date.

What are Keyless Locks?

All of our properties have keyless. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. You will receive a check in email with your door code and property access codes with 7 days of your check in date.

What if we arrive after hours?

If your rental has a keyless lock, please go directly to your rental. Physical check-in at our office is not required during your stay. Your check in email will contain access instructions, including a code for the lockbox.

Is there an age requirement to rent?

We have a strict age requirement with all of our vacation rentals.  All guests must be 25 years of age or older and provide proper identification.  Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and will not be permitted to check-in.  Any falsified information is terms for eviction and will not be refunded.

Do you provide daily maid service?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. Laundry facilities are provided either in the rental property or on the grounds. A mid-week clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please contact the reservation line to schedule this.

What is provided with the accommodation?

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen or kitchenette with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. While we do provide bath towels and bed linens, we do ask that you bring your own beach towels. We also provide a starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap in each home.

Is there a Minimum Stay?

One week minimum stays will apply for certain properties during summer and holiday periods, with a Saturday arrival and departure. During the off-season, we are typically more flexible with minimum nights, but it is dependent on the vacation rental.

Do you allow pets?

Most of our homes do not allow pets. However, currently our Chez Vous and Chateau Margo homes allow pets. The weight limit is 35lbs and there is a pet fee of $250 required. Serious fines in the amount of $500 apply and renters will be evicted if an unauthorized animal is brought to a unit.
