Welcome to “Sea Breeze,” a charming and spacious three-story coastal cottage located in the beautifully landscaped, gated community of Calypso Pointe along Scenic Highway 30A. Designed for comfort, connection, and effortless beach living, this home offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and is just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast.
The main level features an inviting open-concept layout with comfortable living room seating, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances—ideal for family meals and casual entertaining. Just off the dining space, French doors open to a covered outdoor living area with a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
Also on the main floor is a guest king bedroom, ideal for multigenerational groups or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. This bedroom includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick and is conveniently located near a full guest bathroom with a shower.
The second level is home to the primary king suite, featuring a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. This bathroom also provides access to a covered second-floor deck with table seating overlooking the backyard and outdoor gathering area. Down the hall, you’ll find a guest queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV and shared access to the second-floor deck, along with a guest bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a nearby laundry area.
