At the rear of the home, the expansive screened Florida porch features comfortable seating, ceiling fans, a propane grill, and a wall-mounted outdoor TV. Below, guests will find a beautifully landscaped yard with a lit gazebo seating area for two and an outdoor shower station complete with custom towel and swimwear hooks. The open-concept living and dining areas are filled with natural light and playful coastal color, featuring brand-new furnishings, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an additional dining table with bench seating for six. A cozy breakfast nook set in a bay window offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or reading. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor. Guests may also enjoy the Sonos speaker system available on the main level.
All bedrooms feature brand-new beds, bedding, furniture, and artwork sourced from local artists showcased at Retail Therapy. The second-floor master king suite includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, an intricately designed en-suite bathroom with glass shower and tile soaking tub, and access to the wrap-around balcony with porch swing.
