Welcome to “Here Comes the Sun,” a thoughtfully designed coastal retreat that blends vibrant character, comfort, and exceptional outdoor living. The front porch rocking chairs overlook the saltwater community pool directly across the street, while the second-floor master suite boasts a large wrap-around balcony with a porch swing, also offering pool views—perfect for relaxing while keeping an eye on family enjoying the pool. At the rear of the home, the expansive screened Florida porch features comfortable seating, ceiling fans, a propane grill, and a wall-mounted outdoor TV. Below, guests will find a beautifully landscaped yard with a lit gazebo seating area for two and an outdoor shower station complete with custom towel and swimwear hooks. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat-top ceramic stove, and an impressive inventory including a dual coffee maker, milk frother, blender, toaster, microwave, dishes, and ample cookware and utensils. The open-concept living and dining areas are filled with natural light and playful coastal color, featuring brand-new furnishings, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an additional dining table with bench seating for six. A cozy breakfast nook set in a bay window offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or reading. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor. Guests may also enjoy the Sonos speaker system available on the main level.
All bedrooms feature brand-new beds, bedding, furniture, and artwork sourced from local artists showcased at Retail Therapy. The second-floor master king suite includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, an intricately designed en-suite bathroom with glass shower and tile soaking tub, and access to the wrap-around balcony with porch swing.
