Welcome to “Nautical Dreams,” a thoughtfully designed coastal retreat offering the perfect blend of relaxation, privacy, and convenience. This custom remodeled home features upscale finishes, multiple living areas, and an exceptional outdoor oasis—making it ideal for families or close friends vacationing together.
The private pool area is the heart of the home’s outdoor living, featuring a heated pool (available for a fee), a stacked-stone waterfall, four lounge chairs, two sun umbrellas, a propane grill, and a two-person table and chair set. Evening ambiance is enhanced by uplighting on palms and pool lighting, creating a serene setting for nighttime swims. The pool area is fully fenced and designed for maximum privacy.
The upper level features a bright, open-concept living area and kitchen—perfect for gathering. The living space includes all-new furnishings, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and seating for six at the oversized kitchen island. The kitchen showcases elegant quartz countertops and is fully equipped with cookware, table service, and appliances, including a flat-top range, convection oven, microwave drawer, slow cooker, blender, toaster, and dual coffee maker.
Just off the kitchen is a screened Florida porch with a custom-built dining table seating ten, additional conversational seating for four, and café-style party lights—ideal for outdoor meals and evening relaxation. The upper-level primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with a generous closet, wall-mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, USB bedside charging ports, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, water closet, soaking tub, and large custom-tiled shower.
The lower level provides additional gathering space with a second living area featuring a queen sleeper sofa, side chairs, imaginative tiled fireplace, Smart TV, and a shiplap accent wall with convenient hooks for pool towels. A laundry room with sink and front-load washer and dryer is located just off this living space.
Also on the lower level is a beautifully appointed queen guest suite with a private bathroom, double vanity, tiled shower, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and USB-equipped bedside lamps. The custom bunk room includes four XL twin beds with individual charging cubbies and a wall-mounted Smart TV—perfect for kids or teens. A full hall bathroom with convenient access from the pool area serves the bunk room and common spaces.
A second screened Florida porch on the lower level offers glider seating for six and houses beach chairs and umbrellas. Just inside is a second full-size refrigerator, ideal for poolside drinks and snacks.
As an added bonus, the property includes a full-hookup camper/RV pad with water, sewer, 35 & 50 amp electric service, cable, and Wi-Fi, accommodating motorhomes or travel trailers up to 42 feet in length. This feature is available for an additional nightly fee.
