The house was absolutely amazing! We had 12 in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out and also be together! We had fun in the pool and scooting around town on the golf cart! Even though we had the golf cart, we were still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, gas stations, and of course, the beach!! Red Fish Taco and Cowgirl Kitchen are 2 of our favorite spots! So yummy! We would stay at this fabulous house again, no hesitation!

The Haven & Shore home helped us enjoy our best beach vacation ever. The home was in great condition and was extremely well laid out and appointed. The two master suites made our stay with two families super easy and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the rental, from the swimming pool to beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The included LSV (golf cart) was an added bonus we definitely enjoyed. The hosts provided a very high level of customer service from response time to getting things done, such as a last minute request to provide heat for the pool. We will not hesitate to stay at Haven & Shore on our next vacation to Santa Rosa Beach.

Haven and Shore is a beautiful property! It is centrally located, within walking distance from the beach and some restaurants on 30A. However, there are tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment on 30A that can be reached by car or golf cart. We spent 7 glorious days and took advantage of every amenity offered as well as the recommendations. We generally spend our 1st vacation of the Summer in Destin, however, we tried Santa Rosa and loved it. Haven and Shore offers all the comfort of home and then some. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the morning watching the sun come up and watching it set while sitting on the upstairs balcony. We will certainly book with them again.

Have & Shore had everything we could have wanted for a relaxing vacation with our family. The golf cart was perfect to get to the beach and back with kids and beach equipment. The beach chairs were a lifesaver, thank you for stocking those! There were more dishes and kitchen items than in any home we have ever rented. Beach Luxury Vacations was great and so easy to work with. They even helped us with restaurant suggestion, etc. It was nice to be with a smaller company with local staff that actually knows their stuff. This was a perfect place to stay for our family trip!

We loved the private pool with basketball goal for the kids. The golf cart was so great to have. The home felt so clean and was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We just stayed here for a girl’s trip on a long weekend & had THE BEST time! This house is immaculately decorated & stocked so well with everything you’d need. The location truly can’t be beat with public beach access just a walk / golf cart ride away & the house is right off of 30A near tons of restaurant options. Also, you can get to a Publix in under 10 mins so really everything you’d need for a cozy winter weekend in or a beach getaway during season. There is plenty of room for a big group, so bring the kids or your besties or do a couples trip. I will definitely be returning to Haven and Shore!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We absolutely loved our time. Some of the highlights of this home include the close proximity to public beach access so we could easily walk the few blocks or take the large golf cart; multiple coffee shops are nearby and a Publix is about five minutes away so the location of this property is unbeatable. The house itself greets you with an inviting porch swing...an invitation reflective of the entire home. Upon entering the front door, the newness of this place greeted all our senses. It is beautifully laid out so it was perfect for the multiple people who stayed; one master downstairs and another upstairs along with two additional bedrooms. That well-planned layout continues throughout the home which lent itself well for the loads of visiting we did. By FAR, the best vacation home in which we have stayed!

House accommodated 8 guys really well. The layout of the home was great for chilling watching football, cooking meals, and eating dinner. The pool was also fun to hang out as a change instead of being at the beach all day. Speaking of the beach, there's a great beach access just down the road, easy to walk to or drive if you have a load of chairs. There's some other beach accesses east of that first access that provide a bit more seclusion if that's what you want. Golf cart worked really well for transporting gear to the beach. Each one of my friends said the house was perfect, and the area is in a great location. A Publix 2.5 miles away, restaurants <5 min drive, and pickleball courts (Walton Sports Complex) 15 min away that we went to. It was truly a great trip, and we would love to take this trip again I highly suggest staying here!

We stayed in Haven and Shore with our four children and our friends who had 2 children! It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The 6 seater golf cart made it so easy to go the beach! The pool was a game changer especially during nap time so there was still something “fun” to do at the house. This is our third time staying at this house and has become our favorite place to vacation! Everything is so clean and nice in the inside and very accommodating!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Haven and Shore! The house was beautiful and worked for our multi-aged group! Close to the beach, ice cream, great restaurants and a coffee shop! Blue Mountain is close enough to all shore towns on 30A but provides a nice reprieve from the crowds. THANK YOU!

The best vacation home allows me to feel the comforts of my own home with the wow of something new. I have a bad back. I’m talking three spinal fusions over the last 20 years bad. It is not easy to feel comfortable. When I travel I hope I will be comfortable. I rarely am. Haven and Shores has been the best most comfortable place I’ve stayed. It is also a pampering place. It has a heated pool, porches for reading, naps and romantic meals, a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen and showers with endless hot water. Haven and Shores has been meticulously designed and cared for. It is within walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Santa Rose beach. I want to go back again- soon.

We stayed at Haven and Shore for two weeks. What I thought might be way too much time to be at once place turned into not enough. We LOVED this home! It is in the perfect location...quiet community yet walking distance Santa Rosa Beach access. (It has a very large golf cart if you choose not to walk.) The house is extremely well laid out with one of the masters on the first floor which was important for us as my husband recently had had surgery. I felt like a chef in the amazing kitchen! The entire home is beautifully decorated including the artwork of famous local sites. We used the heated pool--simply dreamy and the porches were perfect for relaxing. The owner has thought of everything! Can you tell we didn't want to leave?

This home was gorgeous, well decorated and so clean you could eat off the floors. The management company was very unbelievably attentive and by far the best we have ever rented from. We had one issue with the golf cart and the management staff responded instantly and took care of us. I definitely recommend this home and this company to anyone coming to the area.

I came here with extended family and we would definitely recommend! The home is brand-new with beautiful and modern finishes. One thing I really loved was that there was enough space for everyone. The living room was beautiful and spacious, with 3 couches! There was a screened-in porch off the dining area a great front porch, as well. The room I stayed in had two twin beds and bedside lamps that were wonderful for reading at night. My Dad (75 y.o.) chose the bunk room and it was actually great for him, because the queen beds are the perfect height off the floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. 5 star luxury!!!!

From the moment I drove up to Haven and Shore and saw the beautiful house with the porch swing, I knew the house inside would be just as inviting. It was, with open rooms and warmly decorated. The sitting areas, especially the screened porch and bedrooms were so roomy that my family each had their own private places. The kitchen was well equipped, meeting all our needs, even a wine frig. We especially loved the gas range with the convection option. The beds were so comfy, I felt like I was in a Five Star hotel. We really enjoyed all the great restaurants close-by and the beautiful beaches that were easy to access. I look forward to my next vacation at Haven and Shore and Blue Mountain Beach.

We stayed at Haven & Shore in October '22. It's a brand-new home with lots of natural light and is beautifully decorated! There was plenty of comfortable seating in the open living area and the beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked meals several nights. There was also a gas grill outside. The private patio and pool in the backyard looked to be almost complete. We spent time relaxing in the mornings on the screened porch off the kitchen. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool which was shaded in the afternoon hours. We also enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and evening walks down to the beach at sunset. You can walk to the beach or ride the 4-seater cart or take your car. The neighborhood is close to several beach access points, restaurants and the grocery store. Blue Mountain Beach is such a lovely community, and we plan to stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying at Haven and Shore and it’s our absolute favorite place to stay! Great for multiple families! The bunk room allows your kids to sleep comfortable while you and your spouse have a queen below! The kitchen is stocked with every appliance and kitchen accessory you need! There are even kids plates, cups, forks , and knives!! If you like to eat your meals at the house while at the beach, this kitchen is for you! The golf cart made it easy to walk to and from the beach and the house even comes with several beach chairs! Athens walk to the beach isn’t far and it’s fun to ride bikes there as well. We loved this house and can’t say enough good things about it!

My 84-year-old dad had never been to this part of Florida. To stay in this home was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, a master on the main level, in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, a golf cart...this location and home had everything. We even took a stroll in the neighborhood and met really nice people. (The neighborhood has a family feel and a nice playground too.) Shunk Gulley's was his favorite for fried shrimp and it was a 5 min drive. The home itself was great. The coffee bar area is so great and functional. Though we didn't need it the bunk room was nice too. Kitchen has everything. Beds were comfy. Room darkening curtains were great. He struggles with neuropathy and this house was so perfect with everything being so close to the master on the main. (The railing up the front few stairs on the porch was easy for him to maneuver). Golf cart was perfect to ride to the beach and go get icecream at Blue Mountain Creamery...a must! And Blue Mountain Bakery is so good too and just a minute up the road in the golf cart. We are booking again for next year.
