The first level opens to an inviting foyer and includes a comfortable guest queen bedroom, a custom bunk room with two built-in twin-over-twin bunk sets, a hall bathroom with a stone walk-in shower, and a convenient laundry room—ideal for families and beach-focused living.
On the second level, you’ll find the main living space designed for gathering and entertaining. This level features a gulf-view dining area, an open-concept gathering room with direct access to a Gulf-view balcony, and a newly updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and two kitchen sinks, making meal prep easy for larger groups. A powder room is located just off the main living area for added convenience.
The third level is dedicated to rest and relaxation with two private master suites. One suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with an elegant stone shower and rainfall shower head. The ocean-view primary master suite offers a king bed, a cozy sitting area, a private bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, and a separate custom stone showerwith handheld shower head. Both suites enjoy serene Gulf views and privacy.
