Welcome to “Beach N Bogey,” a spacious and eclectic 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach home located in the private, gated community of Calypso Pointe in Dune Allen Beach. This one-of-a-kind coastal retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Course, best enjoyed from the home’s widow’s walk (hawk’s nest)—the highest vantage point in the community.

The inviting front porch features two relaxing porch swings, while the expansive second-floor balcony provides seating for four and a perfect spot for sunbathing. Inside, the main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light and accented by plantation shutter windows. The living room includes a couch and loveseat, flowing into the dining area with seating for six. The updated kitchen offers beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, a flat-top ceramic stove, an additional table for four, and is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave.
Also on the main level is a bonus office space with a desk, sleeper sofa, and TV, providing flexibility for remote work or additional sleeping accommodations. The primary king suite, located on the main floor, includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and separate water closet. A fun and eclectic Barbie-themed half bath is also located on the main level.
Upstairs, guests will find a comfortable queen bedroom with canopy bed and TV, a twin bedroom with two twin beds and mounted TV, and a shared full bathroom featuring a beautifully remodeled shower. A laundry area is conveniently located on the main level.
Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 30A, “Beach N Bogey” is just a 4-minute bike ride to Gulf Place Town Center, where guests can enjoy dining, shopping, live music, and seasonal art classes for children.
