Enter "Blue Peach" from the front porch through the beautiful French doors. The spacious open-concept layout of the main floor combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A half bath is conveniently tucked away just past the stairway. Relaxed social seating for three at the bar area and dining table seating six to seven is located near the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a French door refrigerator, a Kitchen-aide brand gas range and dishwasher, and natural quartzite stone countertops. The main floor is perfect for gathering, family meals or casual entertainment.
"Blue Peach" features four luxurious bedrooms located on the second floor. The spacious master suite offers a king bed with access to the second-floor balcony. The ensuite master bathroom has a breathtaking Taj Mahal quartzite stone vanity with dual sinks, capiz seashell lighting, a garden bathtub, and a separate shower with a custom glass surround. Adjacent is the elegant yet simplistic guest king suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination. Down the hall, the guest queen bedroom is filled with natural lighting and has access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a specialty quartzite stone vanity with dual sinks, capiz seashell lighting, and a bathtub/shower combination. Its French doors open to the fabulous second-floor balcony with chaise lounge chairs and a comfortable bed swing perfect for welcoming guests back from a day at the beach. The balcony has shared access with the master suite. Across the corridor is the fully customized guest room featuring a built-in design with two full beds. This bedroom has access to the shared Jack-and-Jill luxury bathroom. The laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer as well as a dehumidifier is located on the second floor.
